- Ted will help you in the initial research of the
marketplace by setting you up with a passcode to
gain access to all MLS listings
- After previewing the online research, Ted will
then set up apppointments to actually get inside
the homes you seem to like
- Ted will help to compile recently sold and under
agreements for like homes in that location to track
market selling trends
- Once you have focused onm one property we can
begin to strategize on what price to initially offer
- Your offer to purchase is submitted by Ted along
with a check which you will provide for $1,000
- Seller will consider your offer and may prepare
a counter offer which Ted will receive. Together,
you and Ted will review the counter offer and respond
accordingly. When an offer is accepted, the seller
signs the Offer to Purchase
- Ted will arrange a home inspection within one
week of the accepted offer
- Pending a sucessful home inspection, the seller's
attorney will prepare and submit to you a Purchase
and Sale agreement which will be reviewed by your
attorney
- You wil submit a deposit upon execution of the
Purchase & Sale Agreement
- Ted will assist you in offering advice and methods
for financing through banks, mortgage companies,
or personal assets
- FInancing is arranged and a mutually convenient
closing date is scheduled
